Introduction:In oder to vindicate our intellectual property rights from being infringed,we impleaded "QING DAO SHENG DE SPORTING GOODS COMPANY" to the intermediate court in shenyang,it adjudge that the infringer stop infringing at once , compensating for economy losing,burdening all the legal cost. the defendant appealed to the supreme court on july 20th,2008 ,and was rejected!
Untill now,our company win the lawsuit of patent right completely, we advise all the infringer stop infringing at once ,or will be punished by the law!
